Role Summary

As a Sales Coordinator, you will serve as the support function for the sales team that focuses on large named brands and their respective agencies. You will assist with all of the behind the scenes administrative tasks that go into revenue generation. This includes prospecting and capturing interest (SAL’s or Sales Accepted Leads) from large national brands as well as the prospective business opportunities with their media agencies, as well as- Building proposals, following the sales process, assisting along the way and support with database management.

We are looking for candidates who bring high potential and are highly performant that we can look to promote within the organization. This person will find value in all tasks and have the drive and determination to stay the course. This person will have an innovative and optimistic spirit, who is curious, accountable, and willing to take on additional tasks outside of day to day responsibilities.

You will own

  • CRM (Salesforce) / Pipeline Management 
  • Prospecting Strategy & Outreach
  • Cross-Function within Client Success, Marketing & Sales Teams on Sales Materials
  • Special Projects (Trade Show & On-Site Coordinating)
  • Build & Process Insertion Orders
  • Organization of Sales & RFP Materials
  • Calendar Management & Meeting Prep 
  • Lead-Coordinator for Strategic Account Vendors
  • Proposal Generation / Program Strategy

Requirements: 

  • Degree from an accredited university or college. 
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive / MS Office applications
  • Positive Attitude
  • Results-oriented with a desire to build strong relationships (internal and with clients)
  • Eagerness to learn and working with deadlines
  • Unwavering commitment to succeed
