Role Summary:

AdAdapted is seeking a highly experienced business professional with a proven track record in new business development to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the CRO, SVP of Sales, and Sales team to identify opportunities where AdAdapted can establish new partnerships with large CPG brands.

As an experienced professional, you possess extensive knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and expertise in collaborating with and promoting advertising technology services to major corporate brands. You have established connections with key decision-makers and senior executives within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry and a proven track record of creating opportunities focused on new business in the programmatic and managed service sector.

The candidate will be responsible for arranging meetings with CPG brands in alignment with quarterly and annual targets.

By securing new business partnerships, you further evangelize AdAdapted’s leadership position for Save Now, Act Later Marketing.  You will be a part of an energetic, collaborative & inclusive group of sales professionals where integrity, grit and collaboration fuel our success.  We encourage creative thinking and constantly share best practices to help us accelerate together.

You will own:

  • Prospecting and Identifying key decision makers at specific CPG brands
  • Securing and conducting virtual or on-site presentations with CPG brands to build awareness and adoption of our unique mobile, in-app ad / insights Shopping List Marketing platform
  • Serving as a new business partner liaison 
  • Meeting / Exceeding quarterly and annual objectives
  • Maintaining current and accurate information updates in our CRM system
  • Providing field-level input to the Marketing and Sales teams to enhance revenue generation strategies and optimize messaging for prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years proven experience representing digital media campaigns including CPG experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual objectives 
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and its ever-evolving landscape
  • A viable, current network of the digital media point of contacts within CPG brands
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration, sales or marketing
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Emotional Intelligence (EQ) soft-skills that can be applied when working with multiple teams within Sales.
