As a New Business Associate, you will prospect and win business with ~3,000 prospects and net new leads, including Marketing inbounds. Your role will be to sell, onboard, manage and successfully transition clients to Account Executives upon completion of the prospective client’s first campaign.
We are looking for an early-career Sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This person will be competitive, self-directed and motivated with a warm approach to their peers and supporting departments.
You Will:
- Demonstrate personal accountability to meet your assigned quota each quarter
- Develop your own pipeline of leads as well as the selling strategy for dormant accounts
- Own the entire sales lifecycle through the first digital advertising campaign as well as the transition post-campaign to Account Executives
Requirements:
- 1-3 years sales experience
- Digital media sales experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortability working with key decision makers at large holding companies or national brands
- Ability to overcome rejection
- Proven track record of generating new business leads and revenue.
- Business-minded and strategic in client discussions and sales approach
- High level of professionalism with an infectious spirit and likability
